Outlook plugin not working
All my users are getting this error when attempting to access the Content Central Integration for Outlook plugin. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Tested with Outlook Desktop client and Outlook web. Same result. I have tried on different networks to
Signatures in color
Often it is hard to see the signatures in Content Central.... is there a way to make the signature show in a color, or with a color background?

Can I limit the number of characters in a field? Maybe with a custom mask?

Deleted Content...
Many of you may know; some of you may not know. When a file is deleted from Content Central it is not permanently deleted. (This is a good thing.) Those items are located in the DeletedContent folder in your installation directory's system folder. Ex. D:\Content Central\System\DeletedContent. (will vary depending on your installation). The fact that the items are not deleted is documented in the manual however I was unable to find out if the system cleans out the DeletedContent folder ever. Thanks

Missing Zonal
I'm trying to setup a zonal capture job from a monitored folder and can't seem to get it working. I've setup the fields (I've tried both global and non-global) and zones under the Catalog & Documents Type admin page and have setup the capture job in the Catalog Manager. Drag and Drop from Outlook
Hi... Given that Outlook pretty much the defacto business email client. Is it possible to add or expand the functionality of Content Director to allow drag and drop from Outlook to a folder in CC? This would be a huge feature that I'm sure many would like. I know it is doable as I've recently seen other Document Management systems that have a desktop app that allows this functionality. Windows Server 2016
Do you have instructions for installing Content Central on Windows Server 2016? We have been trying to install on 2016 but have been unable to do so. It installs on Windows Server 2012 R2, but we are moving away from that operating system. We need to move our Content Central installation from a server we are decommissioning.
General user permissions
I have off site users, that could see everything in their catalog. They just could not delete or modify any docs. Now they can not see any new docs that are added to those catalogs. When I give them admin rights, they can see them. I do not want to give them admin rights. Is there a work around for this??
Retention Policy
Most of the documents in my company we only need to keep for 5 to 7 years. Is there a good way to purge anything older? Do you include Retention Polices?

Forms and Internet Explorer compatibility
Our Content Central implementation is heavily based on pdf forms. Every workflow starts by submitting a captured form. Each approver in the workflow must update fields in the form and sign it. Since this requires the Adobe plug in, we are forced to use internet explorer version 11. The new GUI in version 7 has many issues in IE V11. Trying to get AD working on a Ricoh 3350
I have a customer that has never been able to use the Content Central Connector on their Ricoh unit. They can sign in using an administrator account but any Active Directory accounts will not sign in. I was looking for a configuration document for the Connector applet but can't find any documentation except for the press release of the Content Central Connector being approved by Ricoh. Has anyone else had any issues using Active Directory on the Connector applet. I also was thinking maybe the Ricoh

sort by date
it has been my experience that when searching for a document , that results don't always sort properly. for instance I have a document type that has documents from 2014 to present . when I search in that document type and sort by date , it sorts everything from 2014 doesn't matter ascending or decending I get either the first document in 2014 or the last document in 2014 but never the "newest" document ... any ideas ?
