I know you are full steam ahead with the v7 UI. The most common function our users use are Edit, Edit Properties, and Download. I'm sure this is the same for 99% of your install base. From a usability standpoint your most common functions should always be easily available in one click. Deleted Content...
Many of you may know; some of you may not know. When a file is deleted from Content Central it is not permanently deleted. (This is a good thing.) Those items are located in the DeletedContent folder in your installation directory's system folder. Ex. D:\Content Central\System\DeletedContent. (will vary depending on your installation). The fact that the items are not deleted is documented in the manual however I was unable to find out if the system cleans out the DeletedContent folder ever. Thanks

Classic view termination date
We have upgraded to Version 7.5 but our users really like the user friendliness of the classic view, therefore they continue to use it. Hi All... I know product documentation is one of the hardest things to come up with as well as keep up with. One of my software development products I use puts out a weekly YouTube video on its channel regarding new features and how to's. They can be anywhere from two minutes to an hour. It might be a thing to consider. Setup a YouTube channel that these videos can be shared on. The videos are not professionally done. They are simple Jing/Screencast videos. I'm trying to setup a zonal capture job from a monitored folder and can't seem to get it working. I've setup the fields (I've tried both global and non-global) and zones under the Catalog & Documents Type admin page and have setup the capture job in the Catalog Manager.
