How to Allow Catalog Changes of documents in v7

  1. Login to Content Central as 'Admin' or a member of the Administration Group.
  2. Click 'Administration' found in the Menu Items.


  3. Click 'System Settings' found in the Administration Page.

  4. Expand the 'Document-Properties Settings' menu.
  5. Click the check-box for 'Allow catalog changes'.

  6. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the page.
Users will now be able to change the catalog of documents that have already been committed to Content Central.
