How to Allow Catalog Changes of documents in v7
- Login to Content Central as 'Admin' or a member of the Administration Group.
- Click 'Administration' found in the Menu Items.
- Click 'System Settings' found in the Administration Page.
- Expand the 'Document-Properties Settings' menu.
- Click the check-box for 'Allow catalog changes'.
- Click the Apply button at the bottom of the page.
Users will now be able to change the catalog of documents that have already been committed to Content Central.
