Update your Content Central password from your Account page.
Step 1: Sign in
Open Content Central in your web browser. Type your Username and current Password, then click LOGIN.

After you sign in, the Dashboard appears. Your name is shown in the top-right corner of the title bar.
Step 3: Open the user menu
Click your name in the top-right corner. A menu opens. Choose User Profile (or Options).
Step 4: Go to the Account page
On the options page, click Account in the left sidebar. Scroll down past your profile details (name and e-mail) to the password fields.
Step 5: Change your password
- In Change Password: type your new password, then type it again in Confirm Password:: the two must match.
- In Verify your password to apply changes: type your current password.
- Click Save Changes at the top of the page. You'll see a confirmation that your account has been updated.
You can also update your profile details (first name, last name, e-mail) on this same Account page, then click Save Changes.
If you can't change your password here:
- If your account signs in with your network/Windows credentials (Active Directory), your password is managed by your organization, not in Content Central. Ask your IT administrator.
- Some accounts are configured so that only an administrator can change the password. If the fields are unavailable, contact your Content Central administrator.
