How to view existing Users in Content Central

How to view existing Users in Content Central

  1. Login to Content Central -
    • as ‘Admin’ or a member of the Administration Group.
    • as a user or member of a group with Administration Permission for User and Group.
  2. Click ‘Administration’ found in the Menu Items.


  3. In the Administration Page, click ‘Users’.

  4. From the User menu you can see:
    • a list of Usernames
    • information about each user
      • Last Name, First Name, and E-mail Address
    • information about each account
      • Active Directory, Guest, Disabled, and Date Created
    • total number of Users
