Notification Settings, System Settings


This applies to Content Central Document Management System.

The Notification Settings in System Settings can be configured so that your preferred Content Central URL will be used for any outgoing notification or messages from Content Central, where the Content Central URL is needed. Some notification messages sent from Content Central include Approval Process Notifications, Workflow Notifications, and otherrs


STEPS:

Login as Admin or member of the Administrator Group.

Go to Administration Page.

Go to System Settings Page.

Under Notification Settings, click to CHECK or UNCHECK the setting - 'Override Server URL in Outgoing notifications'.
  • When CHECKED, the 'Server URL' entered will be used in outgoing notifications from Content Central.
  • When UNCHECKED, the default Content Central URL will be used.

Click 'Apply' at the bottom of the System Settings Page to save your settings.
