OCR Settings
This applies to Content Central Document Management System.
There is OCR Settings in the System Settings where these settings can be enabled or disabled.
Steps:
1. Login to Content Central as Admin.
2. Go to "Administration>System Setting"
3. Click "Capture Settings".
4. Click "OCR settings".
5. Update OCR Settings:
For "Enable OCR and auto-rotate" settings:
When CHECK, during the Capture Process of a Image document file, the file will be processed for OCR and automatically rotated.
When UNCHECK, during the Capture Process of a Image document file, the OCR and auto-rotate processed is skipped.
When CHECK, during the Capture Process of a Image document file, the file will be processed for OCR and automatically rotated.
When UNCHECK, during the Capture Process of a Image document file, the OCR and auto-rotate processed is skipped.
6. Click "Apply" to save settings.
7. For the changes to apply, in the Content Central Server, "Ademero Content Central Capture" Service must be restarted.
