The advanced search feature in Nucleus One empowers users to quickly and accurately find documents, forms, and tasks by searching not only titles and metadata but also the full content of scanned files through OCR technology. With a variety of filters and sorting options, users can refine their searches to pinpoint exactly what they need, even within large document repositories. This functionality enhances productivity, supports compliance, and ensures that critical information is always easily accessible.

Navigate to the search bar and select the Advanced Search option.


Select the Project where your item could be found.



Select the Content Type to search between Document, Form or Task



Enter keywords into the Content and Metadata field to refine your search. You can also optionally select a specific Field to which the item belongs.
Click search. Items which fit the search criteria will be displayed.



Search Capabilities

  1. Project: Refers to how an item is categorized within Nucleus One.
  2. Content Type: Content type refers to how the item is classed within a Project
  3. Content and Metadata: Content or metadata is the data within the item, such as text.
  4. Fields: Fields are specific keywords and information, such as its title.

Reviewing and Sorting Results

  1. Search results are displayed in a list with key details such as item name, type, date, and location.
  2. Sort or further filter results to quickly find the most relevant items.
