System Folders

Document Root Folder 

When a new Catalog is created, the set Catalog Root Folder will be set under Document Root Folder.

Incoming File Capture Root Folder


When creating a new Capture Job for Incoming Folder, the default Folder to create the incoming foleer will be under the Incoming File Capture Root Folder.

Coding Queue Root Folder


Document Files of the Documents in the Coding Queue are stored in the Coding Queue Root Folder.

Deleted Content Root Folder


Documents that re deleted in Content Central are sent to the Deleted Content Root Folder. 

Index Root Folder


Index Files for DT Searching are stored in the Index Root Folder

Unprocessed Root Folder


Documents that cannot be process by Capture Service are sent to the Unprocessed Root Folder

Report Root Folder


Generated Report through the Workflow Rules are stored in the Report Root Folder.

Thumbnail Root Folder


Generated Thumbnails of documents captured in Content Central are stored in the Thumbnail Root Folder.

Capture-Form Template Root Folder


Copies of the  Capture-Form Template Files are stored in Capture-Form Template Root Folder.

Workflow Export Root Folder


Documents that are exported through 'Content Export' Workflow Action/Rule are exported in the Workflow Export Root Folder.

Document Secondary Root Folder


When System Setting is enabled, a copy of a document will be saved in the Document Secondary Root Folder,
