How to enable and disable System Fields in v7


1. Login to Content Central as 'Admin' or a member of the Administration Group.
2. Click 'Administration' found in the Menu Items.


3. Click 'System Fields' found in the Administration Page.

4. Click the field you wish to enable or disable. Then Click the corresponding blue arrow to move the selected field in the direction you would like it to move.

5. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the page when you are satisfied with the changes.
The Fields in the Enabled Fields box will now be visible on both the document preview thumbnails

and at the bottom of the document properties when viewing a document.
